Support the conversion of {{trans-top}} and {{trans-bottom}} to use <div> with CSS columns like {{top2}} and {{bottom2}}. The column balancing buttons should be removed. {{trans-mid}} will no longer be needed and should be emptied/deleted as part of this change (discussion).
Make gadget recognize special high-performance translation templates {{tt}}, {{tt+}}, {{multitrans}} (discussion).
