ထႅမ်းပလဵတ်ႉ:tracking/ar-root/title-not-ar/cat

Like Template:tracking/ar-root/title-not-ar, this template tracks cases of {{ar-root}} in which the title is not Arabic. But it also tracks cases where the |nocat=1 parameter is not specified and should be, in order to prevent the entry from being categorized.
