	တီႈၼႃႈလိၵ်ႈၼႆႉ ၶဝ်ႈပႃးဝႆႉ ၶေႃႈမုၼ်း လၢႆးၸႂ်ႉတိုဝ်း၊ ပိူင်ထၢၼ်ႈ၊ လွင်ႈၵွင်ႉသိုပ်ႇ interwiki လႄႈ ၸိူဝ်းပဵၼ် လွင်ႈၼႄပၼ် ထႅမ်းပလဵၵ်ႉ ၼၼ်ႉယဝ်ႉ။

Takes one parameter, containing an optional title, a number sign #, and a section name, and creates a link in which # is replaced by §. Replaces underscores with spaces, and decodes percent encoded characters, in the displayed title and section name.

Implemented in Module:links/templates, which calls the section_link function in Module:links.
